Refund Policy
We provide refunds for faulty products. When you receive your parcel, please check it as soon as possible and if there are any issues please feel free to call us on 021 053 7288 with your order number and photos of the product.
Exchange
If you have chosen the wrong size item, we are happy to exchange your purchase as long as you can return the item with the original packaging, UNOPENED. We will pay for the postage of the replacement item NOT the return postage.
